10. Agreement with Sequel Contractors, Inc., for construction of the East Alameda Street\nSidewalk Improvements Project, City Project No. 660-ST\nThe City Council will consider: (PW)\na. Approving an agreement with Sequel Contractors, Inc., to construct the East Alameda\nStreet Sidewalk Improvements Project, City Project No. 660-ST ("Agreement"), in an\namount not-to-exceed $903,361, inclusive of the $493,157 Base Bid and $410,204 Additive\nAlternative Bid;\nb. Authorizing the City Manager to approve contract change orders up to a cumulative amount\nof $100,000 to avoid delaying construction and payment of invoices involving change order\nwork;\nc. Appropriating $544,894 in Measure R Funds to fully fund the East Alameda Street Sidewalk\nImprovements Project, City Project No. 660-ST;\nd. Approving the Notice of Exemption under Title 14 of the California Code of Regulations,\nSection 15301 of the California Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA") for the construction of\nthe East Alameda Street Sidewalk Improvements Project, City Project No. 660-ST and\ndirecting the City Clerk to file it with the Los Angeles County Registrar Recorder's Office;\nand\ne.
