Approving Contract Change Order No. 1 to Contract No. 2022-84-CC with NR\nDevelopment, Inc., to supplant the construction of decomposed granite with rubber\nsurfacing for the perimeter pathway on the Hollydale Community Park, City Project No. 607-\nPRK, in a net amount of $55,365.12;\nb. Authorizing the Assistant City Manager/Public Works Director to execute Change Order No.\n1;\nc. Authorizing the City Manager to approve contract change orders up to a cumulative amount\nof $400,000 to avoid delaying construction and payment of invoices involving change order\nwork; and\nd.
