Agreement with ENL Building Service, Inc., for the construction of the South Gate\nPolice Department Detective Bureau Remodel Project, City Project No. 642-GEN\nThe City Council will consider: (PW)\na. Approving an Agreement with ENL Building Services, Inc. ("Agreement"), for the\nconstruction of South Gate Police Department Detective's Bureau Remodel Project, City\nProject No. 642-GEN ("Project"), in the amount not-to-exceed $185,045;\nb. Authorizing the Mayor to execute the Agreement in a form acceptable to the City Attorney;\nc. Approve a purchase order with Western Office to purchase office furniture for the project\nthrough the OMNIA Partners cooperative purchase program, for an amount not to exceed\n$113,390;\nd. Authorizing the City Manager to execute the documents necessary to purchase the furniture\nin a form acceptable to the City Attorney; and\ne.
