Approving an Agreement with Z&K Consultants, Inc., for construction management and\ninspection services for the East Alameda Street Sidewalk Improvements Project, City\nProject No. 660-ST, in an amount not-to-exceed $110,442;\nb. Appropriating $130,442 in Measure R Funds to Account No. 311-790-31-9584 to fund\nconstruction management and inspection services inclusive of a $20,000 contingency; and\nc.
