13. CONDUCT INTERVIEW OF APPLICANTS FOR CITY COUNCIL OFFICE VACANCY\nA vacancy has occurred in the City Council. The City Council will conduct an interview of applicants\nfor a city council office vacancy.\nRecommendation:\nIt is staff's recommendation that the City Council:\n1. Receive application of persons residing in the City of Bell Gardens applying for\nappointment to the vacancy in the Council office; and\n2. Conduct interviews of applicants (Exhibit 1); and\n3.
