Approving an Agreement with KOA Corporation ("Agreement") for construction monitoring\nand inspection services necessary to oversee traffic signal improvements taking place at\nthe intersection of Atlantic Avenue with Chakemco Avenue and Wright Road, in an amount\nnot-to-exceed $70,200; and\nb.
