CONSIDER APPROVAL OF A PROFESSIONAL MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FOR ON-\nCALL ASPHALT PAVEMENT REPAIRS\nCEQA: Determined to be categorically exempt from further environmental review pursuant to\nSection 15301 (c) (Existing Facilities), of the CEQA guidelines.\nRecommended Action:\nApprove an On-Call Asphalt Pavement Repairs Agreement with Hardy & Harper, Inc. in the\namount of $300,000 annually, for a total contract amount not-to-exceed $900,000; and\nauthorize the City Manager to execute the agreement.
