Accept the bid from BrightView Landscape Services, in the amount of $594,872 plus a 20%\ncontingency, to provide landscape maintenance services for the western portion of the\nAnaheim Resort Maintenance District and the Anaheim Convention Center for a one year\nperiod with up to four one-year optional renewals; and authorize the Purchasing Agent to\nexercise the renewal options in accordance with Bid #9704.
