10. Waive the sealed bid requirement of Council Policy 4.0 and authorize the Purchasing Agent to\nissue a master agreement to Mesa Energy Systems, Inc. dba Emcor Services Mesa Energy, in\nthe amount of $104,250, for parts and services needed to repair the Hall E chiller at the\nAnaheim Convention Center; and authorize the Purchasing Agent to issue the necessary\npurchase order, in the estimated cost of $200,000 plus applicable taxes, to acquire a\nreplacement compressor unit for the chiller.
