11. Accept the proposal from Turbo Data Systems, Inc., in the amount of $273,615, for parking\ncitation processing and parking permits services for a one year period with up to six one-year\noptional renewals; and authorize the Purchasing Agent to exercise the renewal options in\naccordance with Request for Proposal #9665; and authorize the Purchasing Agent to issue and\nexecute the necessary documents to establish new agreements and to take the necessary\nactions to implement and administer the agreements.
