22. RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY\nOF ANAHEIM authorizing the Director of Public Works or designee to submit an application to\nthe Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) for funds for the Environmental Cleanup,\nTier 1 Grant Program under Orange County Local Transportation Ordinance No. 3 for the\nCatch Basin Screen Installation Project, and if awarded, authorizing the acceptance of such\ngrant funds on behalf of the City and amending the budget for fiscal year accordingly and\ndetermine that these actions are exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)\npursuant to Guideline Section 15303 (grant funds in the amount up to $500,000; matching\nfunds amounting to 20% of project cost, at minimum).\nBUSINESS CALENDAR:
