Approve an agreement with The Segal Company (Western States), Inc., in an amount not to\nexceed $525,000, to conduct a citywide classification and compensation study; and authorize\nthe Human Resources Director, or designee, to execute the agreement and related documents\nand to take the necessary actions to implement and administer the agreement.
