24.\nApprove Agreement Amendments with On-Call Stormwater Project Design\nConsultants\nDepartment(s): Public Works Agency\nRecommended Action: Authorize the City Manager to execute a first amendment to\nthe agreements with Tetra Tech, Inc., CWE, and Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. to\nincrease the total expenditure amount for the remaining term of the agreement ending\nOctober 19, 2023, and for the optional two-year extension period through October 19,\n2025, by an aggregate amount of $2,000,000, for a total amount not-to-exceed\n$4,000,000, subject to non-substantive changes approved by the City Manager and\nCity Attorney (Agreement No. 2023-XXX).
