Approve a modification to the Fiscal Year 2023-24 Annual\nAction Plan and Budget for the Emergency Solutions Grant Program.\n2. Direct the City Attorney to finalize and authorize the City Manager to execute a\nsubrecipient agreement with Illumination Foundation, in the amount of $100,000, for a\nterm beginning August 15, 2023 – June 30, 2024, for rapid rehousing and homeless\nprevention activities, subject to non-substantive changes approved by the City\nManager and City Attorney (Agreement No. 2023-XXX).
