Adoption of Ordinance No. 1242 – Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment No. 2023-02 (Housing Element\nImplementation Program Code Update) - Staff recommends that the City Council take the following\naction: Waive full reading and adopt Ordinance No. 1242 titled “An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of\nBrea Amending the Brea City Code by Adopting Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment ZOTA No. 2023-02 (Housing\nElement Program Implementation Code Update) and Approving a CEQA Exemption Determination”. The costs to\nprocess and implement the Project are included in the FY2023/2024 Community Development Department\nbudget.
