A.20. APPROVE THE THIRD AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT FOR\nPROFESSIONAL CONSULTANT SERVICES WITH WSP USA INC FOR\nTHE SUNNYMEAD MASTER DRAINAGE PLAN STORM DRAIN LINE F\nSTAGE 5 AND LINE F-7 STAGE 1, PROJECT NO. 804 0008 (Report of:\nPublic Works)\nRecommendations:\n1. Approve the Third Amendment to the Agreement for Professional\nConsultant Services with WSP USA Inc (WSP USA) to perform\nadditional services as required by Riverside County Flood Control and\nWater Conservation District (RCFC&WCD) to complete the Final\nDesign, Environmental Clearance, and Right-of-Way Documentation\nfor the Sunnymead Master Drainage Plan Line F and Line F-7 Stage 1\nproject, funded with Federal Emergency Management Agency Hazard\nMitigation Grant Program (FEMA HMGP) Funds and RCFC&WCD\nMaster Drainage Plan Fees;\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Third Amendment to\nAgreement for Professional Consultant Services with WSP USA for the\nSunnymead Master Drainage Plan Line F and Line F-7 Project,\nsubject to the approval by the City Attorney;\n3. Authorize an amendment to the existing Purchase Order with WSP\nUSA in the amount of $124,255 for a new total purchase order not-to-\nexceed amount of $603,970 once the Third Amendment has been\nsigned by all parties;\n4. Authorize an amendment to the Agreement termination date,\nextending the termination date from December 31, 2023 to December\n31, 2024; and\n5. Authorize the City Manager to execute any subsequent Amendments\nto the Agreement with WSP USA within City Council approved annual\nbudgeted amounts, including the authority to authorize the associated\npurchase orders in accordance with the terms of the Agreement,\nsubject to approval by the City Attorney.
