5) CONSIDERATION OF APPLICATION FOR 2023 JUSTICE ASSISTANCE GRANT FROM U.S.\nDEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE\nIt is recommended that the City Council review the proposed FY 2023 Edward Byrne Memorial\nJustice Assistance Grant (“JAG”) Program application items and authorize the following:\n1. Submittal of the application and acceptance of the award totaling $20,869; and\n2.
