FOR DEVELOPER PAID\nENVIRONMENTAL COMPLIANCE AND MONITORING SERVICES FOR\nPHASE ONE OF THE ONE BEVERLY HILLS OVERLAY SPECIFIC PLAN\nPROJECT; AND\nAPPROVAL OF A PURCHASE ORDER TO ZF ALEXANDER FOR A TOTAL\nNOT-TO-EXCEED AMOUNT OF $583,338.00.\nComment: Staff recommends that the City Council approve an agreement between\nthe City of Beverly Hills and ZF Alexander, Inc. and authorize a purchase order in\nthe not-to-exceed amount of $583,338.00 for consulting services to provide\nenvironmental compliance and monitoring services for the One Beverly Hills project.\nAll costs associated with environmental compliance and monitoring will be borne by\nthe project applicant.
