AWARD OF CONTRACTS FOR ROCKBLUFF PARK\nMemorandum from Alexa Davis, Assistant City Manager and Mike Goldsmith,\nMaintenance Superintendent\nRecommendation: That the City Council 1) approve a contract, as to form by the City\nAttorney, in the amount of $29,370 with Ace Fence Company for the installation of\nrailing along the ramp at Rockbluff Park; 2) approve a contract, as to form by the\nCity Attorney, in the amount of $16,120 with Dave Bang Associates for the\ncompleted pathway; 3) authorize a fiscal year budget adjustment in the total amount\nof $148,304.80 using Park Facilities Fees toward this project ($137,254.80\npreviously authorized, but unspent in the 2021-22 fiscal year; $11,050 for additional\nscope of work to complete project).\nAttachments: Staff Report
