Water Production System Operator Services – Amendment to Professional Services\nAgreement with waterTalent LLC to add Task Order No. 002\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the Water Utility Authority:\n1. Authorize the Chairperson to execute the First Amendment to the\nProfessional Services Agreement with waterTalent LLC to add temporary\nWater Production System Operator services.\n2. Approve an additional $90,000 to be added to the Professional Services\nAgreement with waterTalent LLC for a total not to exceed amount of $180,000\nto fill temporary staffing needs.
