(CC)\nRecommendation:\nStaff recommends that the City Council review the list of Board and Commission\nmembers. Currently there is one (1) vacancy on the Community Development Block\nGrant Board. The City Council may make any adjustments to these Boards and\nCommissions, as it deems appropriate, in accordance with the rules outlined below.
