10.2 AWARD OF CONTRACT TO BRIGHTVIEW LANDSCAPE DEVELOPMENT FOR THE\nDESIGN BUILD SERVICES FOR THE LYNWOOD PARK - MEGA PLAYGROUND\nPHASE 1\nComments:\nStaff has sent out a Request for Proposal and performed an analysis of the design-build\nservice proposals. With City Council approval, the contract between BrightView\nLandscape Development and the City of Lynwood will be awarded for design and\nconstruction of the Lynwood Park - Mega Playground Phase 1 Project. (PW & REC)\nRecommendation:\nStaff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached resolution entitled: “A\nRESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD AWARDING A\nCONTRACT TO BRIGHTVIEW LANDSCAPE DEVELOPMENT FOR DESIGN BUILD\nSERVICES FOR THE LYNWOOD PARK - MEGA PLAYGROUND PHASE 1 PROJECT;\nAUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO APPROVE AGREEMENT AMENDMENTS\nRELATED TO THE PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE\nAGREEMENT.”
