9.4 REJECTION OF ALL PROPOSALS FOR LYNWOOD PARK TENNIS AND STORAGE\nFACILITY (CIP PROJECT NO. 4011.68.121 & 4011.68.129)\nComments:\nStaff has solicited proposals for the Lynwood Park Tennis Courts Renovations and\n3\nStorage Facility Installation. Upon receiving the proposals, staff determined there is\ninsufficient funding to award the project. Staff recommends rejecting the proposals and\nreevaluate the scope of the project and solicit proposals again at a future date.
