Consideration for Approval of an Amendment to the Executed\nMemorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the San Gabriel Valley Council of\nGovernments (SGVCOG) Participating in the Regional Food Recovery\nProgram\nIt is Staff's recommendation that the City Council:\n1. Authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute Amendment No. 1\nof the MOA between the City of Baldwin Park and the SGVCOG to\nparticipate in the Regional Food Recovery Program Expansion; and\n2.
