24. Yucca Valley Aquatic and Recreation Center Project – Town Project 6009,\nApproval of List of Qualified Contractors; Authorization to Release Plans and\nSpecifications to Qualified Contractors for Construction Bidding Purposes.\nRecommendation:\nThat the Town Council:\n1. Approves the list of qualified contractors, including\nSwinerton Builders, Erickson-Hall Construction Co., Neff\nConstruction, Inc., and Pinner Construction, as the only\ncontractors eligible to submit construction bids for the\nproject.\n2. Approves the plans and specifications, subject to non-\nsubstantive changes and modifications as approved by the\nTown Manager.\n3. Authorizes the release of the Plans and Specifications to the\nqualified contractors identified in this staff report to bid on\nthe Yucca Valley Aquatic and Recreation Center Project,\nTown Project No.6009.\n4. Authorizes and directs the Town Clerk to advertise and\nreceive bids.\nA RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF YUCCA\nVALLEY, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE LIST OF QUALIFIED\nCONTRACTORS AND AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE OF PLANS AND\nSPECIFICATIONS TO THE QUALIFIED CONTRACTORS FOR THE YUCCA\nVALLEY AQUATIC AND RECREATION CENTER PROJECT AND\nAUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE TOWN CLERK TO ADVERTISE AND\nRECEIVE BIDS.
