25. Independent Audit Contract Amendment No. 3 and Award\nRecommendation:\nThat the Town Council:\n1. Amend the Agreement with Rogers, Anderson, Malody & Scott,\nLLP, extending the agreement for an additional three-year\nperiod commencing with fiscal year 2023-24 for a total contract\namount not to exceed $165,350 as indicated in Exhibit 1.\n2. Authorize the Town Manager and Town Attorney to sign all\nnecessary contract documents.\n3. Authorize the Town Manager and/or Finance Manager to sign\nthe engagement letters annually for the term of the contract.
