26. Essig Park Improvements Project, Town Project No. 8519, Approval of Extra Work\n– Change Order #1, Measure Y Program Funding\nRecommendation:\n1) That the Town Council approves Change Order #1 to the contract\nwith IMR, Inc. for the expansion of the small dog park segment at Essig\nPark by 2600 square feet, increasing the contract by $153,173.00, from\nthe amount of $713,758.00 to the amount of $866,931.00, authorizing\nthe Town Manager or designee to execute all necessary documents.\n2) That the Town Council amends the FY2023-24 Measure Y Fund 801\nbudget, appropriating $300,000 of unassigned reserve funds to be\nallocated to the Essig Park Project #8519.
