16. Annexed Property East Fence and Gate Project, Town Project No. 8953. Award of\nConstruction Contract\nRecommendation:\nThat the Town Council:\n· Awards the construction contract to KNC Construction, Inc., in\nthe amount of $320,000 to construct Annexed Property East\nFence and Gate Project.\n· Authorizes construction, construction contingencies and\ninspection costs in the total amount of $350,000.\n· Authorizes the Mayor, Town Manager, and Town Attorney to\nexecute the agreement, and authorizes the Town Manager or\ndesignee to expend contingency funds, if necessary, for project\ncompletion.
