Emergency Street Debris Cleanup/Removal Services, Award of Professional\nServices Agreement, Valley Pipeline, Three (3) Year Contract\nRecommendation:\nThat the Town Council approves and awards a professional services\nagreement for Emergency Street Debris Cleanup/Removal Services to\nValley Pipeline, Inc., in the amount of twenty five thousand dollars\nannually, for a total of $75,000 over a three (3) year contract period,\nauthorizing the Town Manager, Town Attorney, and Mayor to sign all\nnecessary documents to implement the program.
