Approve the professional services agreement with Soundskilz, Inc. to provide special\nevent coordination services for the “Taste of Westminster” for Fiscal Year 2023-24;\nand\nB. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement on behalf of the City, in a form\napproved by the City Attorney; and\nC.
