4.6. FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH HARTZOG & CRABILL, INC. FOR\nON-CALL TRAFFIC ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR TRAFFIC SIGNAL OPERATIONS\nRecommended Action:\n1. Approve a first amendment to the agreement with Hartzog & Crabill, Inc. (HCI) to\nperform traffic engineering services for traffic signal operations that increases the total\ncompensation under the agreement by $30,000 for a total compensation amount of\n$105,000; and\n2.
