13. CONSIDERATION OF ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PURCHASE ORDER\nWITH DELL MARKETING, LP., IN THE AMOUNT NOT-TO­EXCEED OF $75,000 FOR THE\nFIRST PHASE OF THE THREE-YEAR HARDWARE REPLACEMENT PROGRAM, UTILIZING\nTHE NASPO VALUEPOINT COOPERATIVE PURCHASING PROGRAM\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n1. Adopting a resolution approving a purchase order with Dell Marketing, LP. in the amount not\nto exceed $75,000, authorizing the use of the National Association of State Procurement\nOfficials (NASPO) ValuePoint Cooperative Purchasing Program for the purchase, and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to effectuate the purchase.
