Claim Rejections\nStaff recommends that the City Council reject the following claims and\ndirect staff to send the appropriate notice of rejection to claimants:\nElizabeth Zarate Uscanga The claimant alleges wrongful death\nclaim.Jesus Pedroza Palma The claimant alleges wrongful death\nclaim.These government claims, and all government claims, should be\nconsidered as potential lawsuits in the future. Thus, it is requested that all\nCity Staff, the Mayor and all Council Members refrain from making any\nstatements, whether public or private in nature. It is important that no\nstatements be made so as to not prejudice this claim in any way which\ncan happen if public or private comments are made about this claim by\nCity staff or Council Members.\nSTAFF REPORT
