9. Serenity Homes Funding Update\nIt is recommended that the City Council: 1) Authorize the Director of\nRecreation and Community Services to accept the Measure H budget\nallocation of $527,040 and execute an agreement with Los Angeles\nHomeless Service Authority (LAHSA); and 2) Authorize the Director of\nRecreation and Community Services to accept the Los Angeles County\nMeasure H allocation of and additional $197,763.00; and 3) Authorize the\nDirector of Finance to appropriate funding from the available balance of\nthe Homeless Housing Pilot Program HHPP (270-50-000-41950-55023)\nallocation in the amount of $270,000 for operations support; and4)\nAuthorize the Director of Community Development to amend the City of\nBaldwin Park's 5-year Permanent Local Housing Allocation Plan (PLHA)\nfor funding years 2020 through 2023; and 5) Authorize the Director of\nFinance to appropriate and make necessary budget adjustments and\ncreate account #s as needed; and 6) Authorize the Director of Recreation\nand Community Services to process the necessary documents.\nSTAFF REPORT
