FOR THE PREPARATION\nOF AN ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FOR THE PROPOSED\n“DISTRICT AT JURUPA VALLEY SPECIFIC PLAN” PROJECT, (CASE\nNUMBER: MA21269), (APPLICANT: EM RANCH OWNER, LLC)\nRequested Action: That the City Council authorize the City Manager to execute\nthe Second Amendment to the Agreement with UltraSystems for the preparation of\nan Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the proposed “The District at Jurupa\nValley Specific Plan” project (formerly referred to as “District at Rubidoux”\nProject) in an amount not to exceed $114,107 to be funded entirely by the applicant\nby an advance deposit sufficient to cover the EIR and the administrative costs.\n13.
