H. APPROVAL OF PARCEL MAP NO. 37872 SPACE CENTER LOCATED\nNORTH OF IBERIA STREET, WEST OF SPACE CENTER COURT, AND\nSOUTH OF VENTURE DRIVE, ACCEPTANCE OF OFFERS OF\nDEDICATION, APPROVAL OF SUBDIVISION AGREEMENTS, AND\nACCEPTANCE OF IMPROVEMENT BONDS\n1. Requested Action: That the City Council approve Parcel Map 37872 and\naccept the dedication as follows:\na. Accept the real property described as an easement for public utility\npurposes Lot “A”, Lot “B”, and Lot “C” (Manitou Court). The\ndedication is for public utility purposes together with the right of\ningress and egress for emergency vehicles within the “private\nstreet.”\n2. Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to sign Parcel Map 37872.\n3. Approve and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the Subdivision\nAgreements; and\n4. Accept the surety bonds for construction of related off-site improvements\nand survey monumentation.
