A. APPROVAL OF (3) NEW CLASSICATIONS, (1) RECLASSIFICATION, (1)\nSALARY RANGE ADJUSTMENT AND AMENDMENT TO THE\nESTABLISHED SALARY SCHEDULE FOR 2023-2024\n1. Requested Action: That the City Council approve the creation of three (3)\nnew classifications including the job description and salary range as\nfollows: Event Coordinator and salary range of ($4,485.64 - $6,011.19);\nManager of Marketing & Communications and salary range of ($8,113.29\n- $10,872.59); Principal Civil Engineer and salary range of ($9,885.26 -\n$13,247.20); and\n2. Approve the reclassification of one (1) Accountant II position to a Senior\nAccountant and salary range of ($6,338.09 - $8,493.65); and\n3. Approve a salary adjustment for the job description of Management Aid and\nsalary range as follows: ($4,712.73 - $6,315.50); and\n4.
