Council Member Requested Agenda Item: Citywide Trash Receptacle\nProject (Development Services)\nDuring the April 17, 2023, regular meeting, Council Member Hibard made a\nmotion to bring forward an item to discuss reallocation of funds from the\n2023-2024 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) – Citywide Trash\nReceptacles Project to the Police Department. Council Member Murphy\nsupported the motion. No vote was taken on the motion. This informational\nstaff report is the first step in the two-step process for placing items of the\nAgenda for consideration by the Council.\nRecommendation: In accordance with the City Council’s adopted Agenda\nPolicy, this informational staff report does not request action, but seeks\nCouncil’s direction. By a majority vote of the City Council Members present,\nstaff may be directed to place this item on a future Agenda for consideration\nby the Council.
