Council Member Requested Agenda Item: City Attorney Scope of\nServices (Administration)\nDuring the April 17, 2023, regular meeting, Council Member Murphy made\na motion requesting that the City Council discuss the scope of services\nprovided by City Attorney Daudt. Council Member Hibard supported the\nmotion. No vote was taken on the motion. This informational staff report is\nthe first step in the two-step process for placing items of the Agenda for\nconsideration by the Council.\nRecommendation: In accordance with the City Council’s adopted Agenda\nPolicy, this informational staff report does not request action, but seeks\nCouncil’s direction. By a majority vote of the City Council Members present,\nstaff may be directed to place this item on a future Agenda for consideration\nby the Council.
