8. FINAL TRACT MAP APPROVAL; TENTATIVE TRACT NO. 71373 (SAGE CANYON) - On September\n14, 2016, the Planning Commission approved Tentative Tract Map No. 71373 for 14 detached single-\nfamily homes on 11.53 acres of land located on 1977 Golden Hills Road. Following the City Council\nadoption of two Ordinances pertaining to a Zone Change and a Zone Amendment, the Tentative Map No.\n71373 became effective on January 4th of 2017. The Final Tract Map has been submitted for approval,\nallowing for the subdivision of three existing parcels that comprise the approximate area of 11.53 acres.\nRecommendation: That the City Council adopt Resolution No. 23-56 titled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE\nCITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA VERNE, COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES, STATE OF CALIFORNIA,\nAPPROVING THE FINAL MAP FOR TRACT 71373, A REQUEST BY SAGE CANYON DEVELOPMENT\nLLC, TO SUBDIVIDE THREE PARCELS WITH AREA OF 11.53 ACRES AT 1977 GOLDEN HILLS ROAD\nINTO A 14 UNIT, SINGLE FAMILY DETACHED SUBDIVISION,” approving the Final Tract Map No. 71373\nfor 14 detached single family homes and direct staff to sign the map as to its conformance with the\nSubdivision Map Act, Zone Change 36-15ZC, Zone Amendment 37-15ZA, and City Municipal Code.
