TRACT MAP NO. 72428, BOND REDUCTION - Meritage Homes of California Inc., the developer of\nCreekside at La Verne (Tract Map No. 72428), a 22 Lot single family subdivision located south of the\nintersection of San Dimas Canyon Road and Golden Hills Road, has requested the reduction of their\nPerformance Bond. Staff has inspected and verified that all monuments have been placed.\nRecommendation: That the City Council authorize the reduction of the bond amounts for the\nPerformance Bond to approximately 15% of its value and retain the Grading Bond at the full value.\nPUBLIC HEARING
