5. DECLARATION OF SURPLUS PUBLIC WORKS PROPERTY - The Public Works Department is\nseeking City Council declaration of certain vehicles and equipment as surplus property. Each listed unit\nis no longer useful or is ineffective for current operational requirements is proposed to be disposed of per\nAdministrative Regulation No. 606.\nRecommendation: That the City Council declare the vehicles and equipment identified in Attachment 1\nas surplus direct staff to sell each asset per Administrative Regulation No. 606.
