A Resolution to Update the American Rescue Plan (ARP) Spending Plan and Award of\nAgreement to Ascendant for Innovation Consulting Services\nIt is Recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Adopt the following resolution:\nRESOLUTION NO. 2023-143 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE\nCITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA APPROVING THE UPDATED AMERICAN\nRESCUE PLAN (ARP) SPENDING PLAN\n2) Award a two-year agreement in the amount not to exceed $390,264 to Ascendant for\nInnovation Consulting Services.\n3) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the agreement and any\nextensions, subsequent changes, or amendments thereto, on behalf of the City,\nsubject to review and approval as to form by the City Attorney.\nAttachments: 2023-08-21 Staff Report - Award to Ascendant\nAttach 1 - Resolution 2023-143
