7. Award of Agreement to General Pump Company and to Best Drilling and Pump Inc., for\nWell Rehabilitation of Wells 7 and 8B\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Award an Agreement to General Pump Company (General Pump) for the rehabilitation\nof Well 7; and,\n2) Award an Agreement to Best Drilling and Pump Inc., (Best Drilling) for the\nrehabilitation of Well 8B; and,\n3) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the two attached agreements and\nsubsequent changes or amendments thereto, subject to approval to form by the city\nattorney.\nAttachments: 23-1617- Award General Pump Best Drilling\nAttachment No. 1 – Agreement with General Pump Company.pdf\nAttachment No. 2 – Agreement with Best Drilling and Pump Inc..pdf
