6) CONSIDERATION TO APPROVE AN AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT NO. 2045 WITH WILLDAN\nENGINEERING FOR NATIONAL POLLUTANT DISCHARGE ELIMINATION SYSTEM CONSULTING\nSERVICES\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Approve a one-time Amendment to Contract No. 2045 (Contract No. 2045(a)) with\nWilldan Engineering to increase the not-to-exceed amount for 2023 by $15,000 from\n$75,000 to $90,000 for National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System consulting\nservices; and\nb. Authorize the City Manager to increase the amendment and all related documents.
