Annual Routine Maintenance Program for Door Repairs and Related Services at City\nFacilities\nRecommended Action: (1) Award contract to Pacific Rim Door Service, Inc. for annual\nroutine door repair and related services for the period of September 1, 2023 through June 30,\n2025, in the amount of $200,000.00; and (2) authorize issuance of a purchase order to Pacific\nRim Door Service, Inc. for the period of September 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024 in an\namount not to exceed $100,000.00.
