Annual Routine Maintenance Program for the Painting Services at City Facilities\nRecommended Action: (1) Award contract to Ultra Painting and Wall Covering, Inc. for\nannual routine painting and related services for the period of September 1, 2023 through June\n30, 2025, in the amount of $180,000.00; and (2) authorize issuance of a purchase order to\nUltra Painting and Wall Covering, Inc. for the period of September 1, 2023 through June 30,\n2024 in an amount not to exceed $90,000.00.
