(dba\nAbe Equipment) for the Diamond Club Kitchen & Beverage Services Area ADA\nAccessibility Remodel Project (CIP Project #Z20003)\n1. Approve and authorize the Executive Director to purchase a complete beverage\nsystem from Norland International, Inc. (DBA: ABE Equipment) in an amount not to\nexceed $363,849.23 for the Diamond Club Kitchen & Beverage Services Area ADA\nAccessibility Remodel Project (CIP Project #Z20003); and\n2. Waive the formal bidding process per Municipal Code Section 3.08.070(G) for the\npurchase from Norland International, Inc.
