COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH FRIENDS OF THE BUENA PARK YOUTH\nTHEATRE FOR THE BUENA PARK YOUTH THEATRE PROGRAM\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve a cooperative agreement with Friends\nof the Buena Park Youth Theatre for the operation of the Buena Park Youth\nTheatre Program for a term of three years; 2) Authorize the City Manager\nand City Attorney to make any necessary, non-monetary changes to the\nagreement; and 3) Authorize the City Manager and City Clerk to execute the\nagreement.
