AGREEMENT WITH THE BUENA PARK NOON LIONS CLUB FOR USE OF THE\nCITY FACILITIES AT WILLIAM PEAK PARK FOR THE 2023 SILVERADO DAYS\nCELEBRATION\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve an agreement with the Buena Park\nNoon Lions Club for use of William Peak Park for the 2023 Silverado Days\nCelebration; 2) Authorize the City Manager and City Attorney to make any\nnecessary, non-monetary changes to the agreement; and, 3) Authorize the\nMayor and City Clerk to execute the agreement.
